We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Geo Analyst to oversee our offshore team of agents. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of their work and timely project completion across all departments of our company.

Your Mission:

• Manage and supervise offshore agents, providing guidance and support for high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Assign projects and tasks to offshore agents based on their skills and expertise.
• Monitor and review their work to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain project integrity.
• Coordinate training sessions and resources to address skill gaps and promote development.
• Track project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and address challenges.
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experience in GIS systems, Geographic analysis etc- a must.
• Experience in managing offshore teams, preferably in an analytical or project-based environment.-Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire offshore agents.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
