This is where you come in.

We are looking for a super Revenue Operations Manager, to build and scale our revenue strategy, align our Sales, Marketing, Litigation Success, and Capital Markets teams around the revenue goals, build and integrate our revenue technology stack, and drive Darrow’s revenue teams forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize our revenue streams.
  • Take full ownership of Darrow’s Revenue tech stack & utilize advanced coding skills to customize and optimize Salesforce, Salesloft and Hubspot functions according to business needs (workflows/reporting/dashboards/automations/integrations).
  • Analyze and optimize the existing motions to grow revenue, including the existing Customer Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and refine the operational strategy to build Darrow’s business including segmentation, account targeting, pricing & packaging, and GTM training.
  • Partner successfully with cross-functional leadership to align goals and influence the direction and performance of the organization, including the production, and R&D organizations.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve data analysis and operational efficiency, driving additional output, scale, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations role in a tech company (B2B Big Plus).
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, Salesloft & Hubspot to drive sales and streamline processes.
  • Built best in class dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of owning strategic processes from A to Z.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of (total compensation) pay for this role is $90,000-135,000.
