Founded in 2020 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Darrow is looking to revolutionize the justice system. Our team of world-class legal experts and technologists have built an intelligence platform, uncovering egregious violations across legal domains, such as privacy and data breach, consumer protection, securities and financial fraud, environment and employment.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our New York office.

You are someone who wants to put your best ideas to work. And you want your work to have meaning.

Not Your Typical Senior Product Marketing Manager Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will define and drive Darrow’s go-to-market product strategy, bringing tech-driven and best-in-class legal intelligence insight into the legal market. This role is the glue that binds our product strategy to activities that accelerate profitable growth and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Product, R&D , Data, Sales, and Litigation Success to develop compelling messaging and positioning, marketing campaigns, first-of-its-kind products, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience building winning product marketing strategies at consumer technology, software, or direct-to-consumer companies. This position reports to the Head of Marketing, and has a seat at the table informing company-wide strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product marketing strategy by creating compelling and differentiating product messaging and positioning, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver the best BizDev legal experience possible.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to build a client-centric product roadmap and ensure we continue to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead rapid data-driven iterations to pilot and scale digital-first features, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Partner with Product, R&D, Data, Sales, and Litigation Support to develop client feedback mechanisms, enhance product offerings, and incorporate insights into sales, product, and marketing strategies.
  • Track the performance of product marketing activities on growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Own our monitoring of our competitive landscape, client, and marketplace needs.
  • Develop strongly differentiated product positioning and messaging to drive product leadership.
  • Drive product launch and develop go-to-market plans, manage development of sales enablement tools and training for field sales force and reseller partners.
  • Develop the sales tools (PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, white papers, product brochures) to support the sales process of the company’s solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message.
  • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate our business momentum and better engage customers.
  • Evangelize our solutions portfolio to our customers through events, webinars and other external communications channels.
  • Present our products and solutions in formal and informal settings.
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends and technologies that can enhance the marketing team’s efforts.

Requirements

  • Self-starter and proactive marketer with 7+ years of building winning product marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong past product marketing experience, preferably in U.S.-based consumer-facing digital products, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Exhibits a pragmatic “startup” mentality with a strong bias for short cycle execution, trial and error, and tactical decisiveness.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and translating insights into actionable product marketing strategies.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Product Management: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
  • CRM: Knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance for you and your dependents.
  • $150 weekly Grubhub credit for lunches.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Eligibility to participate in a bonus incentive plan and stock option plan to give our employees a direct stake in Darrow’s success.
  • Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is $125,000-150,000
