Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, and clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Darrow’s mission and capabilities
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that contribute to revenue growth and market presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and partnerships, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven track record of success in Business Development/Project Management, particularly in technology or legal sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess and leverage market opportunities
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a network of relevant contacts
  • Experience in managing complex partnerships and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Agile and adaptive to rapidly changing environments.
