As our team expands, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join us.

As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping Darrow's ecosystem and driving partnership initiatives. You’ll play a central role in our mission to deliver impactful legal solutions at scale. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in building, managing and growing strategic partnerships with diverse partners from different sectors from private sector, academies, NGO’s, and others. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy Development:
- Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy.
- Identify ideal partner profiles and develop outreach tactics.
- Pipeline Management:
- Source and identify diverse potential partners.
- Initiate contact, schedule meetings, nurture relationships, and follow up consistently.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage partnerships from discovery to delivery.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collect insights from partners to support early-stage legal case development.
- Collaborate closely with Darrow’s Product and Legal Data teams to enhance our offerings.
- Partnerships Enhancement:
- Maintain, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in partnership related roles/ Customer Success/ Business development
- Legal background
- Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships with a variety of sectors, including the private sector, academic institutions, and NGOs.
- Experience in creating strategic narratives, business models, and visual presentations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and an initiator’s approach to forging relationships.
- Business Acumen: Clear understanding of business terms, with negotiation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and implement long-term business strategies.
- Ownership: Proven ability to take projects from start to finish with a self-starter attitude.
- Supportive Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Finance, and Marketing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to convey partnership offers effectively.
- Project management: Efficient in managing tasks, stakeholders and a robust pipeline of leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A JD or MBA is a plus.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the legal tech industry.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning solutions.

- Darrow provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay (base salary) for this role is $110,000 - $150,000.
* Please note that if the years of experience are lower than the required qualifications, the salary range may be adjusted accordingly.
