Description

We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Team lead.

As the ideal candidate, you will manage a team as well as manage your own customers, grasp customer requirements, handle multiple stakeholders, and serve as a trusted technical and business advisor. You will work closely with different personas involved in the AI development lifecycle, including AI leadership, data-scientists, software developers and data engineers. You will work with enterprise customers, identify and work with champions, understanding their needs and guide them how to meet their business objectives using the Dataloop platform.

The CSM team is crucial in linking business needs with Dataloop’s AI platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Product, sales engineering and RnD teams to ensure post-sale success, managing enterprise customers to guarantee satisfaction and value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer success managers, in Israel and the USA.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team and clients to ensure successful technical and business engagements, precise identification of requirements, and fulfillment of success criteria.
  • Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, managing onboarding, implementation, and training, driving increased adoption, and ensuring renewals, expansion, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provided technical guidance throughout post-sale processes, addressed complex support inquiries, and fostered strong, collaborative relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Work in synergy with Product and Engineering teams to promptly resolve customer issues, leveraging feedback for product enhancement.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of AI and GenAI development lifecycle domains, becoming an expert in utilizing our technology to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop and execute mitigation and achievement plans for successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a CSM team lead.
  • Minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience with technical B2B SaaS products, ideally serving developers.
  • Proficiency in working with developer tools and SDK/APIs
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with positive approach and charisma
  • Passion for learning new technologies and becoming an expert in your domain.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and JS , Java is a plus.
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a Must.
