About The Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a Full Stack Engineer at DreamTeam, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling our product - DreamTeam PeopleOS. You will work closely with our product and design professionals to deliver a world-class user experience that redefines the HR tech industry.

• Develop, test, and maintain our web application using the most up-to-date frontend and backend technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including product, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize our application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to building the vision and infrastructure of an innovative web-based operating system.
• Our stack - Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, React, Redux

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks.
• Previous experience building a web application from scratch.
• Passion for developing products that have a significant impact on users' day-to-day experiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
