We're expanding our HR team and are on the lookout for a talented local recruiter based in Richmond, VA. As a critical component of our ongoing priorities, we are expanding our presence in the US, with a specific focus on hiring additional CX and Claims professionals to join our teams in the Richmond area.

This is a temporary position for 3 months with an option to expand for the long term

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source candidates in the Richmond area via various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for both the position and Faye's culture.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and efficiently manage requisition loads.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment initiatives and campaigns to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements, understanding success criteria before metrics are established.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly within the Richmond area – a must.
  • Recruiting experience in the Insuretech & travel industry – a plus.
  • Proficient in Comeet – a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high requisition load.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and team members.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to a dynamic recruiting environment.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels and creative approaches to candidate engagement.
