We are looking for a data-driven, self-motivated and creative individual with strong operational and analytical experience. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be the “source of truth” for answers, new findings, and next steps based on critical operational data related to sales strategy and performance trends. You will build and enhance processes, reports, and dashboards, assisting with distributing and tracking sales compensation plans and uncovering key insights to continue driving revenue growth and maximizing efficiency in our sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation and optimization of processes and systems to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity within sales and marketing systems, conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and reporting dashboards to streamline operations and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, processes, and metrics, and drive continuous improvement in revenue operations.
  • Tracking business goals against KPIs
  • Providing guidelines and alerts to best practice offtrack performances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with process optimization, automation, and project management methodologies.
