Job Summary: Blattner Technologies invites a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to oversee our global financial operations. Ideal for a meticulous individual keen on guiding investments, debt structures, and equity in adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards. This position entails leading the accounting team, certifying financial report accuracy, managing auditor relationships, and owning all finance/accounting systems, such as NetSuite and Bill.com. Furthermore, the Controller will develop and maintain a commercial framework for arms-length accounting between Blattner Tech and our subsidiaries, a crucial aspect for candidates committed to Blattner Technologies' vision of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align, track, and manage investments, debt structure, and equity, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards globally.
• Own relationships with auditors and global accounting partners, effectively coordinating all auditing activities.
• Certify accuracy of all financial reports, signing off to ensure global accounting accuracy.
• Prepare for and lead audit efforts, ensuring constant readiness for internal and external reviews.
• Mentor and train the accounting team, promoting professional growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Serve as the systems owner for NetSuite, Bill.com, and all related Finance/Accounting systems, optimizing them for peak operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a commercial framework to ensure arms-length accounting practices between Blattner Tech and its subsidiaries, supporting transparent and fair financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including investment, debt, and equity management.
• Profound knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to navigate and apply these standards in a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with auditors and global accounting partners.
• Proven experience as a systems owner, with expertise in NetSuite, Bill.com, and related financial/accounting systems.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a history of mentoring and developing accounting teams.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high regard for confidentiality.

Compensation: Starting Salary Range: $97,500 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience=

Job Type: Full-time, 2-3 days in-office
