Microsoft Administrator – Blattner Technologies

Location: Vadodara, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Administrator to manage and maintain our Office 365, Sharepoint and Intune environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering the full suite of Microsoft cloud services.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in administering and managing complex Microsoft environments, with a strong focus on cloud solutions, particularly Azure.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for cloud environments, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation techniques.
• Proven track record of successful deployments and migrations in cloud environments, with a significant emphasis on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms, including administration, security, and networking, with Azure being a core area of expertise.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Azure cloud administration, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Deep expertise in directory services architecture and implementation, including multi-tenant and hybrid environments, with a focus on Azure Active Directory.
• Comprehensive understanding of Azure services, such as virtualization, storage, and security.
• Advanced scripting skills for automation and configuration management in Azure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and security mechanisms in Azure cloud environments.

Security Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in implementing and managing security solutions within Azure environments, including threat detection and response.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements specific to Azure environments and experience implementing appropriate security controls.
• Familiarity with advanced security technologies such as Azure Active Directory Identity Protection and Conditional Access.

Communication and Leadership:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly in the context of Azure cloud solutions.
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion, with a focus on Azure cloud initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in Azure technologies.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution in Azure cloud environments.
• Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact operations in Azure.
• Experience in managing complex incidents and outages, with a focus on rapid response and resolution in Azure cloud environments.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Productivity, or Messaging, with a focus on Azure.
• Additional certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are advantageous.

Continuous Learning:

• Demonstrated commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the Azure cloud ecosystem.
• Active participation in professional development activities, such as attending Azure-focused conferences, pursuing advanced Azure certifications, and engaging in Azure-related online learning platforms.

Compensation: 975,000 INR - 1,170,000 INR annually
