Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Engineer with extensive experience in software engineering and data integration. This role focuses on our rapid development and integration stack, including Magic XPI and .Net frameworks, ideal for those passionate about data engineering and system integration. Collaboration with global teams and direct interaction with US-based leadership are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration solutions engineering, focusing on data engineering with Magic XPI, .Net, and Superwise Integrator.
• Collaborate with global teams, following a 'follow the sun' approach to ensure continuous delivery and support.
• Direct project planning, estimation, and delivery in alignment with comprehensive project plans.
• Analyze business and user requirements, translating them into detailed system designs.
• Adopt a player-coach approach, leading technical areas while mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering roles, focusing on software engineering, data integration, and system architecture.
• Expertise in Magic XPI 4.x, .Net engineering, or 4GL, with a focus on data engineering and integration.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of operating in both player and coach capacities.
