Job Summary: Blattner Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer with extensive experience and mandatory certifications in NetSuite ERP implementation and integration. This strategic role involves leading the full lifecycle of our ERP system setup, configuration, and continuous integration, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical background and a track record of successful ERP project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the NetSuite implementation across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite modules, roles, and permissions to fit organizational needs.
- Continuous System Integration: Manage the integration of NetSuite with various external systems using APIs, such as RESTlets and SOAP.
- Data Management: Supervise data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- System Testing: Conduct thorough testing to validate configurations and customizations of the NetSuite environment.
- User Training and Support: Develop and provide ongoing training and support to ensure user proficiency and engagement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and modifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor ERP solutions to business needs.
- Ongoing System Improvements: Continuously enhance the functionality and integration of NetSuite and connected systems.
Required Skills:
- NetSuite Expertise: Deep understanding of NetSuite implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Customization Proficiency: Advanced skills in SuiteScript for system customization and automation.
- Integration Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to integrate NetSuite with a variety of systems.
- Project Management Excellence: Strong project management capabilities, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in ERP system implementation, specifically with NetSuite.
- Mandatory Certifications:
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
- Additional certifications such as NetSuite Developer Certification (if available) are highly desirable.
- Desired Certifications:
- Project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
Work Schedule:
- Willingness to work US 'Day Shift' during the initial implementation phase to facilitate collaboration with US-based teams.
Compensation:
- INR 22,00,000 to 28,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
