Business Analyst/Solution Architect – Blattner Technologies

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst/Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in defining project scopes and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. This position is integral to ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing clear guidance and support to our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications, ensuring clarity and precision in project deliverables.
• Design and implement innovative solutions that align with project goals and objectives, leveraging your expertise to drive optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and refine project scopes, fostering a shared understanding of project objectives and requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing valuable insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect, with demonstrated experience in driving successful project outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software, enabling you to effectively manage project requirements and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Deep knowledge of diagramming software and SQL, allowing you to effectively visualize project requirements and design solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time, 2-3 days in-office

Compensation: Starting Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
