Project Manager – Blattner Technologies

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our entire technology department, including development, delivery, and support teams. This role will focus on enhancing project delivery, streamlining processes, and resolving inconsistencies in project management practices. The Project Manager will be instrumental in organizing and refining our issue boards, milestones, and roadmaps, ensuring all team activities adhere to best practices and standards such as ISO 27001. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and address gaps in our project management, ensuring a cohesive methodology across the board. The candidate must be available to work during US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management across multiple teams, ensuring consistent application of methodologies and alignment with organizational standards.
• Critically assess and restructure existing project management processes to address current inefficiencies and recurring issues.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among development, delivery, and support teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including issue boards, milestones, and roadmaps to track and guide project progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Promote and ensure adherence to best practices in project management, including compliance with standards such as ISO 27001.
• Lead initiatives to enhance project delivery frameworks, incorporating best practices and innovations in technology project management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in managing technology projects across multiple disciplines.
• Proficient in using project management software, with a strong preference for experience in GitLab.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholder demands.
• Knowledge of standards compliance and experience ensuring projects align with such guidelines.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving project success in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: INR 2,000,000 – 2,300,000
