Senior Project Manager – Blattner Technologies

Job Summary: Blattner Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects from start to finish. This pivotal position demands adept strategic planning, seamless collaboration with multifaceted teams, and unwavering commitment to achieving project objectives punctually and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
• Devise comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocations, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to delineate project priorities and ensure harmony with organizational aims.
• Employ advanced project management methodologies and tools to devise meticulous work breakdown structures and project schedules.
• Act as a primary liaison for clients, nurturing robust relationships and adeptly managing expectations.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing robust contingency strategies to mitigate disruptions.
• Monitor and furnish comprehensive reports on project advancement, leveraging key performance indicators to propel continuous enhancement and stakeholder contentment.
• Mentor and steer junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Extensive project management experience, substantiated by a stellar track record of guiding projects to successful completion.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving acumen, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and a strategic outlook.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA, and analogous tools.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Initial Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time, 2-3 days onsite
