Job Summary:
Blattner Technologies seeks experienced Data Integration Consultants with a background in software engineering and data integration to join our remote team. This role is integral to our development and integration stack, leveraging .Net frameworks and the Superwise Integrator. In addition, comprehensive training on Magic XPI will be provided, offering an excellent growth opportunity in data engineering and system integration. Native proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the engineering of integration solutions with a focus on .Net and the Superwise Integrator.
- Collaborate within a global team structure, adhering to the "follow the sun" project delivery model.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and delivery processes, ensuring that all milestones are met on time.
- Analyze business and user requirements to support the design and documentation of data integration systems.
- Contribute to pre-sales engineering discussions, offering insights into project plans and integration strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in software engineering, data integration, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in .Net engineering; knowledge of Magic XPI 4.x is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, SAP, and Oracle systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, supporting senior engineers and contributing to project success.
- Native proficiency in English is required for clear communication with global teams and clients.
- Flexibility to work U.S. business hours, with potential adjustments based on customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering roles with a focus on software engineering, data integration, and system architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, consultative roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Experience with SQL, SAP, and Oracle systems and technologies is preferred.
Work Schedule: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation Range: ₪350,000 - ₪450,000 ILS per year, commensurate with experience.
