We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer who will be part of our growing team!

• Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive admin guides, user manuals, and technical documentation for various products and features.
• Develop clear and concise feature descriptions for customers, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
• Create and update online help content, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support customers and internal teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into user-friendly content that is easy to understand.
• Ensure all content adheres to company style guides and branding guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from subject matter experts, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in content strategy planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of content processes and standards.

• 3 + years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies - a big advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), documentation tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, WordPress).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
