We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing our demand-related marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing the demand generation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running successful digital and field marketing campaigns within the B2B SaaS cybersecurity space.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Demand Strategy & Execution:
Consider company goals and pipeline targets and design the optimal mix of full-funnel demand campaign strategies to accomplish – across various audience segments and program types.
Execute program initiatives to drive lead generation, such as email marketing, paid media/SEM, webinars, and field events.
Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute creative and effective paid digital campaigns.
Manage our field & event marketing resources to execute in-person events that amplify event experiences and drive leads into the funnel.
• Performance Management & Reporting:
Determine performance targets for each Demand Generation program and monitor, analyze, and report on metrics to understand the effectiveness of each campaign.
Drive excellent pre-/during-/post- activity process and reporting to ensure on-going campaign performance improvements.
Own program, channel, and campaign-level reporting to assess what's working (and what's not) and why.
Work closely with marketing operations to ensure tracking and reporting for all demand activity is activated and completed.
• Lead Management:
Advise on lead scoring, routing and nurturing processes to ensure we have an efficient funnel across the marketing and sales ecosystem.
• SDR & Sales Team Alignment:
Collaborate with the SDR & Sales teams to ensure leads are effectively handed off and nurtured.
Create a feedback loop on lead quality and nurture strategy to optimize outcomes and conversion rates.
• Budget Management:
Oversee the demand generation budget, making sure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements
• Currently located in US eastern / central time zone - must
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in demand generation marketing – ideally in B2B SaaS technology - preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM (ideally SFDC), MAP (ideally HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
